We’ve just wrapped up an exciting few days at Bauma 2025 in Munich—and as always, it didn’t disappoint.
From the sheer scale of the event to the energy across every hall, Bauma once again proved why it’s the place to be for anyone in construction and heavy equipment. For us at Halomec, it was the perfect opportunity to catch up with familiar faces, see the latest innovations, and have some truly forward-thinking conversations. A particular highlight was reconnecting with our trusted partners at SKF Lincoln. Their lubrication systems are an integral part of what we do, and it was great to see their team and their latest tech drawing in the big crowds. It’s always a pleasure to share our journey with companies that continue to be at the forefront of construction innovation. But the standout moment for us came during a chat with the ever-insightful Peter Haddock, who’s always at the cutting edge of what’s happening in construction technology. He spoke at length to Blackwood Plant Hire’s Managing Director, Paul McCormack about their exciting move to adopt Hiboo—a smart equipment data platform that’s changing the game when it comes to fleet visibility and decision-making. Blackwood’s use of Hiboo is a perfect example of how forward-thinking businesses are embracing digital tools to gain a competitive edge. With Hiboo’s real-time data insights, they’re improving equipment management, boosting productivity, and taking a big step toward more sustainable, efficient operations. At Halomec, we’re thrilled to see our partners leading the way in this space. These are the kinds of conversations that remind us why we do what we do—helping our customers work smarter, not harder. Thanks to everyone who made Bauma 2025 such a success. We’re already looking forward to the next one!
