The Loadrite L2180 wheel loader scale now provides bulk materials suppliers with a genuine alternative to fixed weighbridges.
The L2180 has been approved in the UK for a number of years as a leagal for trade scale, but now with the advent of e-ticketing, provides a practical alternative to a fixed weighbridge.
The obvious applications are in the aggregates supply sector, where managers are seeking to eliminate the costs of fixed weighbridges and reduce turnaround times for customers.

So How Does It Work?
The e~ticket is a cloud based ticketing system based on Loadrite's InsightHQ reporting platform.
Core information including customer details, vehicle registrations, material types (and up to 5 other data types) can be programmed into Insight HQ, via an internet connected PC. This data gets automatically populated to the wheel loader scale for the operator to select from.
Lorries are loaded with the relevant data selected and upon completion an electronic ticket is created on the system. This ticket can then be automatically emailed to any number of recipients based on the selected data fields.
Not only does the administrative operations of both customer and supplier have instant information on loading but construction site managers can have real-time information of impending deliveries to help better manage their operations.
