Hyster OEM Program for LOADRITE L2180 Reach Stacker Scales

Hyster now recommend to their dealer channel that the LOADRITE L2180 is the solution to address the need to provide verified weights for every container, allowing their customers to remain SOLAS compliant. This recommendation covers Hyster’s install base of reach stacker and top pick machines globally.

Loadrite will offer L2180 system kits for reach stacker and top pick machines enabling Hyster dealers to order a factory recommended weighing system directly from their local Loadrite dealer, to meet the dynamic weighing needs of their customer base in container handling applications.

The SKF Automatic Lubricant Dispenser is a single point automatic lubricator designed to supply grease to a single lubrication point. With a relatively high pressure of 30 bars, this lubricator can operate at long distances providing optimum results with difficult-to-reach and unsafe lubrication locations. Halomec is offering 3-year parts warranty on all new SKF Lincoln lubrication systems ordered during the Hillhead exhibition (up to the end of June 2016). Systems eligible for the extended warranty are for installation by Halomec engineers on any items of mobile plant or machinery.

The second LLAMA show staged at the East of England Showground, Peterborough, saw improved weather (and transport) but it didn't seem as busy as 2014.

Farmers stayed largely unaffected through the worst of the recession, but all industries tend to be cyclical and agriculture is no different in that respect. Produce prices remain low currently and as a consequence, there is pressure on funds for new equipement.

Despite the current state of the industry, Halomec continues to improve business in this important sector. Farmgem exhibited the dashboard/4 wheel steer control system developed by Halomec for the first time.

The system displays all of the traditional dash functions plus controls the multi-mode 4-wheel steering system.

A similar system is installed on on the Knight range of self-propelled sprayers.

FMC continue to specify Lincoln automatic lubrication systems on their pea harvesters. With over 60 points to lubricate, the system not only ensures correct lubrication of all points but reduces downtime required for manual lubrication, this is particularly relevant with machines like pea harvesters, where timeliness of operation is absolutely critical.

Bateman Sprayers exhibit the factory fit optional Lincoln automatic lubrication system, which takes care of all the critical chassis lubrication points. The system can optionally be extended to cover boom suspension.
