Aggregates Sector Business Development Manager |

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and dynamic Aggregates Sector Manager to develop business for Loadrite productivity measurement and weighing solutions into the UK aggregates industry. Some cross-selling of other products and outside core markets & territory may be called upon.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
Essential Attributes
Results driven
Experience of the UK aggregates sector
Numerate with good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to present and communicate the benefits of sophisticated computer-based productivity and reporting solutions effectively at mid and senior management level
IT competence including Microsoft Office products
Located within territory (Yorks, Lancs Derbs, Notts)
Full UK driving licence
Desirable Attributes
Experience of solution selling in the aggregates sector
Existing relationships with key industry decision makers
Background in technical sales
Comprehensive package including company vehicle, basic £55K-£60K OTE £85K open-ended performance related bonus, pension.

- Installation of Lincoln Automatic Lubrication Systems on heavy plant
Secondary Responsibilities
- Field Service of lubrication systems
- Installation of Loadrite Weighing Systems
- Calibration and operator training on weighing systems
Nature of Work
- Home-based covering Central England with occasional requirement to cover other UK areas, with nights away from home
- Very occasional weekend work (paid at x1.5)
Essential Requirements
- Knowledge of heavy plant, how to manoeuvre it safely and the industries it operates in
- Fitting experience
- Ability to problem solve and work on own initiative
- Competent welder- stick/MIG
- Good communicator with positive attitude
- Team player
- Full UK driving licence
- Home based - Central UK
Desirable (but not essential) Requirements
- Experience of automatic lubrication system installation/service (full training will be given)
- Experience of Quarry Industry
- Clean driving licence
Benefits
- Good specification company van
- 33 days paid holiday p.a.
- Company pension
- Starting Salary £33,000 - £36,000 p.a. rising to £37,000- £40,000 on completion of all training. (Annual Bonus - Company performance related). Dependent on experience.
